Diana Adhiambo is a partner at KALLP. She has practiced and has experience in legal research and drafting, policy development, corporate commercial practice, litigation, compliance and legal advisories. She is a certified professional mediator, tax agent, commissioner for oaths and notary public. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Tax Liaison Committee of the Law Society of Kenya-Nairobi and the Dispute Resolution Hub. She has advised local and international organizations on tax planning and compliance, corporate governance, strategic conflict management, risk management, data protection, human resource and employment matters. She previously consulted for Caritas Nairobi where she appraised their Credit Policy, Governance Manual and Self-Help Guidelines. She has also consulted for FIDA-Kenya where she reviewed and formulated employment and labour law policies for flower farms to align them with the current international and legislative framework. She worked at the Employment and Labour Relations Court and was part of the team that reviewed the Employment and Labour Relations Court’s Service Delivery Charter.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Tax and Customs Administration from Moi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and a LLB from Moi University. She has a certificate in Legislative Drafting from the Kenya School of Law, a certificate in Mediation from the Mediation Training Institute-East Africa and is completing her last level of the Certified Secretaries Course at KASNEB.
